Leasing Opportunities
Leasing is a great option for many reasons. If you are new to horses and want to experience what it would like to own a horse prior to having the commitment of owning one. If you love horses, but just couldnt afford one full time. If you are a college student and miss your horse at home, leasing is a great way to keep current on your riding skills. For all these reasons KS Riding offers three different Leasing options that are sure to work with any schedule and budget!
All leasing options require the leasee to be able to safely handle the horse, tack the horse, and ride the horse independitly. Some potential leasers may be required to take lessons prior to being eligible to lease. All leasing options also require a signed contract agreement, if leasing to a minor parential signiture is required.

Partial Lease $175 per month
(3 -month or 6-month commitment options)
Partial Lease is a great option for someone who would like to ride often! This works great for those who have a busy schedule and may only be able to make it to the barn on a weekly basis.

Semi Lease $250 month
(3-month or 6-month commitment)
Semi Lease is a great option for someone who is looking to come ride twice a week. This works for people who would like to get the full experience of horse ownership and would like more access to the horse. Riding days may be scheduled on a permanent schedule or chosen weekly by Sunday evening the previous week.

Pay Per Ride $45 per ride
Pay Per Ride is a great option for someone who has a full schedule, but would like to fit in a ride here and there. The rides are pre paid and are scheduled out per week, some last minute accommodation may be available but not guaranteed.
